Sales Representatives Needed!

The ideal candidate will be able to appropriately identify the Client's needs and help them develop a plan that may include Mortgage Protection, Life Insurance, Final Expense, Retirement Protection Services, Advanced Markets, Children's Policies, Long Term Care coverage and more!

You must think big and start small, thrive in a self-driving environment and have a willingness to financially invest in yourself.

No cold calling or door-to-door sales with our company! We only see the people who request our services

This role requires communication with customers, team leaders, and agency owners and of course the Symmetry Financial Group Team.

Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain client relationships
  • Develop product expertise
  • Visit clients to develop an affordable personalized plan
  • Gain an understanding of customer's goals and partner in the ongoing success
  • Work cross-functionally within the company to communicate with top-rated carriers

Requirements:

  • Candidates do not need to have a previous background in the insurance industry, while the experience is a plus it is far from required.
  • State Life and Health Insurance license*(Licensing assistance for new agents).
  • Articulate and well accustomed to a client-facing role
  • Highly motivated and target driven
  • Willingness and ability to travel. Personal cell phone and laptop or tablet
