C2P Enterprises LLC, Clarity 2 Prosperity, Prosperity Capital Advisors, Valor Capital Management and C2P Advisory Group LLC (collectively, the Company ) is a rapidly growing, innovative financial services organization seeking a top flight Internal Senior Business Development Associate. The Internal Senior Business Development Associate's core responsibility and focus is on supporting assigned advisors with the primary aim to increase the revenue of the Company. This role is the day-to-day relationship manager for the advisors they are assigned to. They will be accountable for the organizational health of the advisor relationship with C2P Enterprises and ensuring their team's advisors are properly supported.


  • Master the skills needed to support advisors in the utilization of our core financial planning processes and tools along with product and portfolio implementation.
  • Create strategy and execution to ensure advisors are attending live training events.
  • Make proactive sales calls to share life, annuity and AUM planning concepts and sales successes, identify sales opportunities, provide product information, gather marketing data, and offer sales support.
  • Establish and maintain productive, working relationships with financial advisors with the goal of earning their business.
  • Answer or facilitate responses to advisor inquiries.
  • Assist in strategy to drive more sales to the training company, FMO, and RIAs.

  • Assist in all aspects of the sales process.
  • Drive sales or our core product and portfolio offerings as well as the training our company provides.
  • Create referral opportunities and build a referral-based practice.
  • Recruit prospects to events and directly into the training company, FMO and RIAs.
  • Proactively contact current advisors sharing updates, service advisor requests.
  • Provide follow-up to determine that illustrations meet advisor's needs and help complete the sale.
  • Must be able to maintain strict confidentiality of corporate information.
  • Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.


  • Bachelor's Degree in accounting, finance, economic or business related field (highly preferred) or financial industry related experience.
  • 2+ years of sales experience in the financial services industry
  • Insurance license or Series 65
  • Knowledge of the sales process with a focus on relationship building.
  • Strong marketing skills with the ability to work one-on-one with clients.
  • Superior time management skills
  • Ability to organize, manage and track multiple detailed tasks and assignments with frequently changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, unsupervised environment
  • Ability to interact with all levels of management and advisors both internal and external.
  • Technologically savvy and proficient in Microsoft Suite.
  • High level written and verbal communication skills, strong decision making ability and excellent attention to detail.
  • Ability to think on their feet
