Job Summary:

B+T Group is currently seeking a Coordination Manager in the Tulsa, Oklahoma office. This person is responsible facilitating project workflow through project coordination support. Responsible for managing and developing Project Coordinators and developing and implementing improved processes and procedures. Supervises Project Coordinators.

Essential Functions (Key Responsibilities):

1. Program Management - Assign Project Coordinator resources to projects and project duties. Assure that work is properly distributed and assigned to Project Coordinators, communicate priorities and deadlines for projects and work assignments, and track and assess progress to ensure that deadlines are met.
2. Supervision - Hire, train, assign and supervise Project Coordinators and ensure their adherence to quality standards and work procedures, provide them with support and guidance on complex projects and customer service problems, and manage related HR practices, including the initiation of personnel actions.
3. Processes and Procedures - Develop and implement processes, procedures and best practices to guide and facilitate the work of Project Coordinators.
4. Budget Administration - Develop and administer the operating budget for the group and monitor and report actual expenditures in relation to budget.
5. Customer Relations - Facilitate project-relevant client communications to Project Coordinators and ensure that client requests and questions are responded to in a timely, professional manner consistent with company standards.
6. Training and Development - Meet regularly with each Project Coordinator to review performance, identify developmental needs and foster employee engagement, ensure that coordinators are receiving proper training, and provide guidance and shared accountability for achieving performance developmental goals.
7. Organizational Support - Provide support and assistance to company employees seeking information about the Program Management Organization and Coordinator Group services and processes and promote internal and external customer service, communication, and education across company departments.
8. Perform related responsibilities as required or assigned.

Required Qualifications:

Knowledge/Skill/Ability

Technical Knowledge - Proven knowledge of Project Management, Engineering, Site Development and Wireless Construction processes in the Wireless Telecommunications Industry

Leadership - Ability to confidently take charge in challenging situations and to offer opinions, direction, and developmental guidance to direct reports

Communication Skills - Proven oral and written communication skills, with the ability to prepare and deliver concise, understandable communications to coworkers and clients

Computer Skills - Proficiency in the use of personal computers, including spreadsheet, word processing, and presentation software

Problem Solving - Strong analytical and conceptual skills, especially in analyzing and solving complicated engineering and logistical problems

Tactical Ability - Exceptional skills in leveraging resources to achieve goals

Equivalent Education/Experience

Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience

Minimum 5 years of related experience in a managerial or supervisory role plus related experience in a similar operational capacity

Prefer 5 years related experience in the Wireless Telecommunications Industry

Experience or education in project management a plus
