Your responsibilities

thyssenkrupp Elevator Americas is currently seeking an experienced Billing Administrator- New Construction in Frisco, TX.

Essential duties and responsibilities:

* Perform billing accordance to contract schedules

* Expediting certain specialized forms such as AIA document, lien waivers, and sworn statements within the construction industry

* Processing change orders while updating the agreement, current budget and AIA documents

* Comfortable working within Internet websites to accommodate specialized billing requirements utilized by customers

* Multi-tasking position, with projects arising frequently which require flexibility and the ability to prioritize work

* Professionally respond to customer questions, issues & requests

* Review reports to ensure all costs have been correctly estimated and applied

Your profile

* High School Diploma or GED required

* Must have at least 4 years of billing/general office experience

* Ability to handle sensitive information, maintain a high level of data entry accuracy and adhere to strict deadlines is essential

* Must have experience and knowledge of AIA documents, subcontract forms, lien releases

* Excellent analytical, organization, problem solving & communication skills

* Detail oriented with the ability to multitask

* Must have strong computer skills, especially MS Outlook, Word and Excel- Excel Formulas

* Experience with Oracle highly desired

* Previous elevator or construction industry experience is a plus
