ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
The Growth Engagement Manager is the key to driving IDIQ's engagement engine. Your sole job is to keep members engaged on our platform by designing highly personalized messages and product experiences that touch millions of members every day across multiple channels (including email and website advertisements) They work closely with marketing and enterprise leaders to optimize the strategic roadmap of affiliate/partner offerings that support our members. They work closely with the customer success team to ensure alignment between member needs and offers. They will be responsible for measuring success metrics across several experience and financial categories.
Develop short and long-term strategy for engaging prospective and current customers in taking advantage of third-party offers.
  • Identify opportunities for third-party monetization within member site, enrollment path, and public website.
  • Identify opportunity in enrollment path and member site for further engagement, upsell, and cross-selling of existing products Ensure that the Product Backlog is constantly prioritized to secure delivery of maximum business value. Write detailed stories for the product backlog.
  • Work with internal marketing and product teams to help create and execute third party monetization-focused campaigns.
  • Identify and develop relationships with partners that have offers for third-party monetization.
  • Help establish and scale advertising solutions to support our third-party monetization strategy.
  • Manage customer win-back/re-engagement efforts utilizing available marketing channels: email, social, search, and retargeting.
  • Provide backup account management support to existing affiliate campaigns including but not limited to: pixel placements, suppression file administration, creative and technical updates.
  • Manage daily, weekly, and monthly reporting on compliance violations, and communicate performance issues to affiliate partners.
  • Performs other job-related duties and responsibilities as may be assigned from time to time.
REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE AND SKILL:
  • Proven experience managing affiliate campaigns that drove at least $200,000 in revenue annually.
  • Min 3 years' experience monetizing subscription campaigns
  • Min 3 years experience with subscription-based members
  • Min 3 years' experience in Affiliate Marketing managing 30-50 affiliate partner accounts
  • Min 3 years' experience working with win-back and re-engagement campaigns a plus
  • Experience working in the finance and/or credit industry a plus
  • Experience working on creative marketing team
  • Ownership & Drive the ability to work in a fast-paced environment with strong follow-through and a focus on owning the outcome
  • Influential and Persuasive - seen as a trusted advisor and excellent communicator
  • Solid understanding of users, the marketplace, competition and of future trends for the consumer credit, finance, or identity theft
  • Unwavering commitment to transparency, accountability, and driving results for yourself and your team members and stakeholders
  • Experience using Tune, SalesForce Marketing Cloud or other similar affiliate/marketing platforms
POSITION DETAILS:
Depending on your experience, the annual salary range for the position starts at $70,000, plus a Management by Objective (MBO) Bonus starting at $10,000 annually. This is a Full time position, salaried, exempt (40+ hours/week).

This position is onsite at our Temecula office center. However, due to COVID-19, our company is currently working remotely. Once our local government re-opens, this position will resume in our Temecula office. We are currently only considering local hires for this position at this time.
