Coordinates activities of diagnostic radiology at Stow Urgent Care facilites. Operates imaging equipment to obtain quality diagnostic images. Provides appropriate patient education regarding the radiology procedure. Ensures that all aspects of patient radiology records are processed and documented properly to initiate procedure results in a timely manner. Assists with basic medical care, minor injury care and assists with designated procedures under direction of physician and/or registered nurse.

1.Education and Training
*Graduate of an A.MA approved school of Radiologic Technology.
*Registered or registry eligibility with the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists.
*Must be licensed as a Radiographer by the State of Ohio.
*BLS required.

*Five (5) years of Full time experience as a diagnostic technologist.

3.Other Skills, Competencies and Qualifications
*Ability to appropriately communicate with patients, physicians and hospital employees.
*Ability to calibrate and operate equipment, properly position patients and to apply and adjust restraining devices.
*Ability to lift and position patients.
*Successful completion of training to perform other radiology procedures (eg, select C.T. procedures, etc.).
*Ability to utilize computer system and file system to facilitate patient records management as directed by Coordinator, Supervisor and/or Manager.
