Snider Fleet Solutions has an immediate opening for an Administrative Assistant at our location in Garden City, GA. Job duties are listed below.

. Must be proficient in Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, and Outlook.

. AS400 software experience is strongly preferred but not required.

. Will take customer orders by phone, email, and fax and verify orders for accuracy.

. Strong data entry skills are required.

. Will handle and resolve customer complaints in a timely manner.

. Must be able to work in a fast paced environment.

. Must have great oral and written communication skills.

. Strong organizational skills are also required.

. Previous office experience within the tire/mechanical or transportation industry is strongly preferred.

. Must have billing experience.

. The hours for this position are Monday-Friday from 8:00a-5:00p.

. Some overtime may be required.

. Will be working in a MANUFACTURING environment.
