Job Description

Team - This position reports to: Director of Product Management, RPA

Come join the RPA Product Management Team and work with a talented group of PMs, developers, designers and researchers in the automation space. The RPA Product Management Team is building an integrated solution within the ServiceNow Platform which will provide scalable and intuitive platform services that enable ServiceNow, partners and customers to build, extend and deliver ServiceNow products.

Role

Your mission will be to promote the integrated RPA Platform to our existing and prospective Customers by showcasing the value that our RPA Platform can offer by automating the processes. This role is extraordinarily collaborative, working with peer inbound and outbound product managers across BUs, customers, engineers, designers, researchers, pricing operations, compliance, IT and other cross functional teams.

  • What You'll Do:
  • Drive product vision and strategy that sets us up for success as we look to scale to $10B+ in revenue
  • Provide subject matter expertise and perspective on ServiceNow's unique differentiators against other RPA and Automation solutions
  • Lead conversations with Customers about taking advantage of Robotic Process Automation to drive their digital transformation
  • Collaborate with customers, researchers, and designers on developing and testing innovative product ideas to enhance our RPA offering
  • Engage stakeholders on necessary inputs for RPA product strategy & roadmap, get buy-in, manage communications, expectations and dependencies
  • Validate and refine product designs/early product offerings through Design Partner Program, Product Advisory Council and with other customers directly
  • Be a voice of the customer and provide a business perspective on value during day-to-day development
  • Be a visible product expert, sharing best practices both internally and with customers
  • Help drive and deliver ServiceNow's vision for Hyper Automation
  • Collaborate with Product Marketing, Field enablement, Sales and User Learning to produce go-to-market materials

Qualifications

To be successful in this role you have:

12+ year total IT experience
  • 5+ years' experience as a Product Manager
  • 2+ years' experience with Robotics Process Automation and digital process automation technology
  • Knowledge of RPA lifecycle
  • Understanding of RPA rollout
  • The ability to make trade-off decisions between possible and desirable, which requires a good sense of what is technically feasible
  • Comfortable delivering product presentations to large audiences
  • Proven ability to execute to plan and getting things done
  • Strong verbal and visual communication skills
  • Exceptional problem-solving skills
  • Must enjoy working in a highly collaborative environment.
  • Must be able to travel
  • Bonus Points:
  • Prior experience working with ServiceNow development
  • Experience with Six Sigma, Program Management, Lean or other process methodology focusing on improving processes
  • Hands on experience with industry leading RPA tools
  • Results-proven experience working with or implementing product management best practices such as design thinking and lean startup in industry-leading enterprise software companies
