About the Team

You will be part of the Technical Infrastructure team responsible for designing, building and delivering critical technical building blocks such as Servers, Storage, Networking, Voice, Databases, Data Centers, Service Desk and Infrastructure tools. Our job is to ensure that every global WSI location, associate and customer has the best experience possible using the vast array of technical solutions we provide.

You will be a part of the Technology Solutions team responsible for the design, build and deployment of enterprise-level identity access management solutions.

We're excited about you because...

* Will develop and implement identity access manager solutions of the SailPoint IIQ software product using Java and develop custom connectors and interfaces with other enterprise or cloud-based systems like OKTA, DUO, ServiceNow
* Develop use cases, perform testing & debugging in addition to support & maintenance
* Interface with the client on requirements, customizations, product functionality and feedback
* Lead code reviews with team and set coding best practices and standards
* Lead demonstrations on configurations and customizations and product features
* Work collaboratively with cross-functional partners and excel at elevating the overall performance of a team
* Are able to prioritize and manage multiple complex projects with aggressive timelines

Technical competencies (required):

* 10+ years of experience in designing and implementing Identity and Access Management systems or 7+ years and a degree in CS or CE
* Demonstrated hands on experience with IAM Development and should have implemented at least one Sailpoint solution
* Java Associate Certification desired
* Expert proficiency developing solutions with Java
* Expert proficiency Java Scripting language such as Beanshell
* Expert proficiency reading and understanding XML, Java mail, Java Collections and logging using Log4J as well as integration config object
* Technical architecture experience integrating identity management and access management software into client infrastructure and applications
* Technical Experience setting up and installing software on both Windows and Unix (Linux, AIX) platforms
* Two to three years of experience in the design and implementation of Sailpoint IIQ connectors
* Experience with databases (Oracle, MSSQL, MySQL) and directories (LDAP, AD)
* Experience with usability testing, performance testing, automated testing, test scripts, test cases and test plans
* Experience with Resource Provisioning, User Life Cycle Management Processes, Identity & Access Governance including Role based access control, access request and certification
* Technical experience in translating system requirements into design, developing identity management strategies, architectures, implementation plans, and solutions
* Understanding of current regulatory environment and related implications to identity management and security/audit compliance
* Must be fluent in English, both written and spoken
* Some travel required
