Acquire is looking for Brand Ambassadors for our face-to-face promotions in Raleigh, North Carolina. We are looking for YOU to be a part of our customer relations team!

Our brand ambassadors are the backbone of our business. They are responsible for providing solutions, answers, completing sales, solving problems, and getting people happily on their way. You'll also use your customer service and sales skills to help customers discover the products they need, and even help them complete the sale.

What you will be doing

  • Conducting one-on-one presentations for new and existing customers.
  • Respond to questions relating to customer service inquiries.
  • Resolve customer complaints and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Resolve billing inquiries, perform account adjustments, negotiate payment arrangements and deposit amounts
  • Stick to your schedule, show up for work on time, and bring positive energy and professionalism.

Do You Qualify

  • Previous Customer Service/Sales/Server experience preferred.
  • Have flexibility in your schedule, which allows you to plan your day for maximum success.
  • Have a naturally positive attitude with demonstrated strong verbal and written communication skills. Communication is the key to our business at all levels.
