Duties & Responsibilities

The Treasury Analyst reports to the Chief Financial Officer and shall be responsible for performing key advanced level cash management, operational and forecasting duties, as well as other treasury-related functions.

. Assist in the maintenance of established cash flow models, analyze historical transaction data to estimate future cash flow and develop internal data collection procedure.

. Executes procurement of funds and monitors collections and cash balances.

. Perform daily cash management activities such as review opening balances, reconcile prior day activity, determine daily cash position, initiate and process cash payments and forecast daily cash requirements.

. Provides financial reporting support including statement of cash flows, net working capital analysis, financial statement forecasting and financial statements reviews.

. Obtain data on banking activity, prepare monthly bank reconciliations.

. Acts as a key liaison to and performs relationship maintenance activities with various business channel partners.

. Supports the accounting and finance functions through the generation and analysis of various reports, schedules, etc.

. Provides financial reporting support including statement of cash flows, net working capital analysis, financial statement forecasting and financial statements reviews.

. Identify, analyze and implement process improvements, including resolving complex Treasury issues and integrating new products into the current daily process.

. Performs complex departmental tasks, as required, such as creating new financial instrument models.

. Maintain and promote the relationship with banks.

. In charge of the bond, LoC. Manage the facility line with the banks.

. Special projects as requested

. Performs other duties as assigned


. Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or related business administration field

. Certified Treasury Professional (CTP) certification or similar professional certification strongly preferred

. Five (5) + years previous experience in Treasury

. Advanced proficiency with certain PC applications (Microsoft Word/Excel/Outlook/PowerPoint), including knowledge, development and use of vlookups, pivot tables, IRR, NPV

. Advanced knowledge of treasury concepts, practices and procedures

. Preferred experience in:

. Oracle

. Advanced financial modeling and forecasting

. Asset-Backed Securities and/or warehouse facilities

. Valuation, accounting and reporting for common hedging instruments such as interest rate caps, swaps and other derivative instruments

. Strong attention to detail with the ability to meet time-sensitive deadlines

. Strong analytical skills required

. Ability to work well independently or in group settings, relying on experience and judgment to accomplish goals independently

. Ability to multi-task several projects/initiatives simultaneously

. Ability to maintain confidentiality required
