Expedient is a provider of cloud and data center infrastructure as a service (IaaS) solutions with operations in Baltimore, MD; Boston, MA; Cleveland, OH; Columbus, OH; Indianapolis, IN; Memphis, TN and Pittsburgh, PA. Our technical solutions enable Expedient clients to focus on their strategic business innovation, while our team of experts handles operating the technology needed to support it. As a result of our continued growth, we have an immediate need for an Accounts Payable Specialist to join the team in our Pittsburgh, PA headquarters.

Expedient maintains in-house recruiters and does not work with 3rd party recruiting or staffing firms for sourcing candidates or recruiting.

The Accounts Payable Specialist is responsible for processing all accounts payables for Expedient's multiple locations across the US. We are looking for a very organized, very detail-oriented candidate who is able to effectively manage and prioritize all accounts payables.

Responsibilities

. Review and reconcile monthly expense reports

. Track and record all received equipment

. Reconcile vendor invoices with purchase orders

. Code invoices for AP entry

. Research and review billing errors/questions with the vendors

. Filing, copying, scanning and other clerical duties as needed

Required

. Associates degree in accounting, finance or bookkeeping

. Strong experience using MS Office Suite; Excel, Word, Outlook

. Very high attention to detail; identify and correct clerical/numerical errors in accounts payables

. Strong interpersonal skills, ability to interact with a wide variety of individuals

. Ability to maturely handle sensitive and/or confidential financial information in a professional manner
