Digital Marketing Analyst Job Description

We are looking for a Digital Marketing Analyst with a proven track record of developing marketing campaign strategies across multiple channels, tracking, and analyzing results, and providing insights and detailed reports to join our team. The perfect candidate for this role is a self-starter with the drive to play a key role in shaping our companies' future through the implementation of a variety of strategies, analysis techniques, and reporting systems. Common duties include identifying sales and marketing goals, managing online channels, interpreting trends, observing user behavior, and assessing the effectiveness of marketing campaigns.

Logue Family Holdings - a privately owned business comprised of three enterprises: ThermOmegaTech, TJM Electronics, and BBQ Guru. ThermOmegaTech is a leader in the design and manufacture of self-actuating thermostatic valves and actuators that control the temperature of fluids and gases in a wide range of applications. Key industries it serves include Railroad, Commercial Plumbing, Aerospace & Defense and Industrial. TJM Electronics is an electronic contract manufacturer specializing in PCB assembly, electro-mechanical assembly, and prototyping for Aerospace & Defense, Commercial, Medical, and Industrial markets. BBQ GURU is a leading designer and manufacturer of BBQ temperature controls for low and slow cooking on wood fire grills and smokers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Creating Digital Marketing Campaigns - You will define and implement key strategies for digital marketing campaigns. You create, manage, and optimize all PPC campaigns for the LFH companies including Google, Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn Ads.
  • Accurately Track & Measure Performance Metrics - You will own the process for determining KPIs, designing methods for measuring success/failures and tracking them across all relevant platforms and systems.
  • Collect, Organize & Integrate Data Efficiently - You will create scalable processes for data collection, organization and storage required to produce requested data insights and reporting in a timely manner.
  • Design & Produce Intuitive Reports - You will be responsible for developing intuitive and easy to understand reports that provides high level data required for making decisions to provide market and consumer insights.
  • Analyze Performance & Recommend Opportunities - You must stay on top of industry trends, analyze existing sales and marketing data to identify and interpret business trends, and advise on other marketing functions (e-commerce/website, online/offline advertising, brand, product development) as the knowledge owner for all customer and market data.
  • Communicate to Marketing and Sale Teams - You will be responsible for keeping the marketing and sales teams up to date on current campaigns and translate data into actionable insights. You will also evaluate customers' online behavior and provide recommendations for further enhancements to the user experience.

Candidate Experience:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing (or related field) or equivalent work experience.
  • 3+ years' experience as a Marketing Analyst (or equivalent title) working in digital marketing to track, measure and organize data to provide reporting, analysis and recommendations based on that data preferred.
  • 3+ years' experience in paid search and paid social campaign management for both B2B and B2C preferred.
  • Deep understanding of marketing/advertising technology such as attribution models, conversion tracking, audience creation and segmentation.
  • Experience building and automating management level reporting using Excel/Access and SQL.
  • Must be strategic, analytical, and have strong communication skills, and be able to relay technical information/data/results to non-technical team members.

Technical Skills:
  • Advanced knowledge of SEO, PPC, Email Marketing and affiliate programs
  • Advanced knowledge of Google Ads, Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager
  • Mastery level proficiency with Excel formulas, pivot tables and advanced data techniques.
  • Ability to understand and manipulate HTML and JavaScript as it relates to web tracking and analytics is required.
  • Ability to read and write SQL queries.
  • Ability to develop API integrations between systems is a plus.
