Developer Advisor will design and develop software applications using the requirement specifications provided by the business; program SQL Server database using T-SQL; use SQL Profiler to administer SQL database, including replication and back-up and restore; develop applications based on Microsoft .NET framework; create low level designs for the applications using class diagrams, sequence diagrams and activity diagrams; code application using SOA architecture; code application services using Microsoft WCF Framework; develop windows services for the healthcare enrollment application automation; write ETL programs to transfer data between multiple systems/files utilizing the Business Intelligence suite, including SSIS, SSAS and SSRS; design database tables; code database objects such as stored procedures, user defined functions, views and triggers; automate application and build and deployment processes using Tidal job scheduler; handle production support activities to analyze production issues and implement short term and long term fixes; analyze web server logs, database logs and application logs to improve application performance; manage database security, including index tuning; install and configure cluster servers, including fail-over and recovery; implement and support single sign on for applications; perform unit testing of applications; and write automated test cases for applications.


Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in computer science, electronic engineering or related field (willing to accept foreign education equivalent) plus 5 years of SQL Server database programming experience using T-SQL. Specific skills/other requirements (quantitative experience requirements not applicable to this section): SQL Server BI Suite, including SSIS, SSAS and SSRS; Tidal Enterprise job scheduler; SQL database administration, including database security management, replication and back-up/restore; advanced T-SQL scripts, including optimization using SQL Profiler; and cluster installation/configuration, including fail-over and recovery.
