Senior Director (s) of Customer Success/Customer Success Managers

Our client has created a next-generation, SaaS-based, workflow engagement tool that has been well embraced by some of the larger Fortune 500/1000 companies. They have broken down some major walls to figure out how to increase the productivity of various teams throughout the organization. They are just scratching the surface of a whole new paradigm in work efficiency and engagement.

As the team continues to grow and they are prepping for another major round of funding they are seeking seasoned and experienced Customer Success lead leads coming from top saas companies or consulting firms (Mckinsey, BCG, Booz, Deloitte etc) as this is a very sophisticated platform and it is high consultative.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and nurture strategic relationships with our most valuable customers. Become their trusted advisor & consultant.
  • Build and Manage our amazing US team of Customer Success Managers and Customer Success and Implementation Specialists
  • Ensure a seamless experience through all phases of the customer relationship.
  • Engage with key influencers and decision makers across different teams within the customers organization. Conduct business reviews and goal-setting meetings.
  • Be an expert in the companies offering, technologies and competitor offerings
  • KPI's are based on: Renewals & Upsells, platform adoption, team growing and advancing

Requirements:

  • 5-7 + years experience managing client relationships and ensure client satisfaction and
  • 3+ years of experience coming from an established SaaS company or Top Consultancy
  • Experience working with Fortune 500 clients
  • Amazing written and verbal communication skills and excellent presentation skills
  • Detail-oriented and analytical
  • Strong team player and self-starter
  • Thrives in a multi-tasking environment and can adjust priorities on-the-fly
  • Excellent troubleshooter
  • Excellent time management skills for yourself and others
  • Availability for some travel is required
