Job Description

Summary:

Implementation Associates are primarily responsible for delivering all necessary end user training and supporting implementation projects in close collaboration with senior implementation staff. This role focuses on achieving and maintaining expert level proficiency on CureMD's full suite of products and transferring workflow specific knowledge to all end users involved in respective implementation projects. The ideal candidate will possess excellent oral and written communications skills, hands on experience or familiarity with electronic health record systems, strong rapport building abilities, and a true affinity for teaching and training. This is a Full time position requiring up to 70% travel.

Responsibilities:

1. Develop and conduct high quality remote or in person training sessions with new and existing clients

2. Assess individual and group training needs and effectively customize training agendas and content to target and address areas of concern

3. Ensure that customers achieve training objectives within set timelines

4. Perform issue identification, escalation, and resolution for issues encountered during the implementation process

5. Update training materials to incorporate new product features

6. Conduct demonstrations to familiarize customers with new product features

7. Travel nationally to deliver onsite trainings and go-live support

8. Perform system configurations and customizations as needed in collaboration with implementation project managers

9. Complete assigned project deliverables and provide additional support to project managers as needed

10. Continually identify and define operational issues of our clients and best configure the system to Remedy such issues

11. Document customer feature requests for product development

12. Actively participate in the improvement of training programs and materials

Requirements:

1. Experience in EMR/EHR training or implementation is a plus

2. Working knowledge of physician billing, clinical, and operational workflows for both in-patient and out-patient settings is a plus

3. Sound analytical and problem solving skills

4. Strong computer literacy and the comfort, ability, and desire to advance technical knowledge and understand industry standards

5. Excellent verbal and written communication skills

6. Willingness to travel nationally up to 70% of the time

7. Bachelor's Degree
