Job Description The Supply Chain Coordinator is an integral part within Arconic Engineered Structures (AES) Washington Operations. As a member of the Production Operations Team, the Supply Chain Coordinator serves as the liaison and primary contact to AES s International Service Centers. The person will be responsible for providing superior service throughout the entire order and fulfillment process. Must have the ability to work in a team environment and effectively communicate with members of various departments within AES Washington Operations as well as AES Washington Operations Senior Management. Job Duties/Responsibilities:
  • Serves as the primary affiliate interface and official point of contact for international Precision Sheet Customer Accounts assigned;
  • Provide superior service and support for each Precision Sheet International Affiliate on quotes, order processing, order status, inquiries, etc;
  • Timely processing of Precision Sheet affiliate purchase orders and change orders;
  • Order entry of all sales orders and change orders into SAP;
  • Work with the Procurement Team to ensure that applicable Raw Material Orders are processed to support Precision Sheet International Affiliate Purchase Order requirements;
  • Provide Timely Order Acknowledgements and Commit Dates to affiliates;
  • Effectively apply incoming raw material orders to applicable Sales Orders;
  • Track Sales Orders and Production Orders in WIP;
  • Work with Quality and Shipping teams to ensure customer orders comply with specifications and requirements and are properly shipped with required documents;
  • Close out and TECO orders in SAP;
  • Generate Sales Reports in SAP on Precision Sheet International Affiliates;
  • Generate timely and accurate Open Orders Status Reports Weekly or as required;
  • Develop Custom Reports on Precision Sheet International Affiliates;
  • Ensure that all activities for Precision Sheet customer ordering on contracts and/or LTAs meet requirements and are in compliance;
  • Ability to understand affiliates needs and inquiries and ensure alignment with applicable contract.
  • Field requests and determine if requests are in scope or out of scope to given contractual agreements, and respond accordingly.
Basic Qualifications
  • Associate's degree from an accredited institution;
  • Employees must be legally authorized to work in the United States. Verification of employment eligibility will be required at the time of hire. Visa sponsorship is not available for this position;
  • This position is subject to the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) which requires U. S. person status. ITAR defines U. S. person as an U. S. Citizen, U. S. Permanent Resident (i. e. 'Green Card Holder'), Political Asylee, or Refugee.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Excellent oral/written communication, analytical and organizational skills;
  • Communicate effectively with all levels of management;
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications to include Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint;
  • Knowledge of SAP or similar ERP System;
  • Demonstrated knowledge of international contract terms, ITAR, EAR, and US import and export regulations;
  • A team player and people person. Must be able to interact with other members of the Sales & Commercial Team, Finance, Production, Quality, and Operations Departments.
