Overview

The Customer Service Representative I (CSR I) will be responsible for interfacing with the current base of Provider Partners to complete orders for telecommunication services. The CSR I works closely with our Order Fulfillment Manager and Provider Channel Support teams, to successfully verify accuracy and completion of Telecommunications services.

  • Master the processes and skills necessary to track installs and communicate order status to Partners and customers from over 35 providers and ensure proper order entry postings in our accounting software for completed sales for Voice, Internet, Cloud, Data, VoIP, Cable, Mobility and Hosted providers. Become a professionally self-sufficient and certified expert for all provider's product lines and sales portals and support Direct Sales and Partner's order fulfillment processes.
  • Provide Inbound/Outbound Customer service phone support during business and after hours to the customer base and managed service customers of Telegration, Inc.
  • Use our proven Marketing Distribution skills and the newest automation skills such as Salesforce.com to communicate and track order cases and measure performance.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

Maintain current and accurate information regarding all orders, cases, contacts, Partners and customers in Salesforce.com.

  • Support the Order Fulfillment team to ensure proper communications to customers and Partners as well as accurate order entry for all services in our order entry systems.
  • Provide 24/7 Customer Service Support by phone for issues, outages and inquiries regarding services provided by Telegration, Inc.
  • Monitor customer satisfaction and escalate issues of dissatisfaction for quick resolution.
  • Set priorities and schedules to meet established goals and meet commitments consistently.

Experience

Previous experience preferred in a high-tech or service related industry with a proven track record of consistently exceeding corporate objectives and quotas. Customer service and operations experience, or any equivalent combination of education, experience, and training that provides the required knowledge, skills, and abilities.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Requirements

Outstanding communication, organization, and time management skills as well as astute attention to documentation and numerical data.

Self-driven, motivated and results oriented. Must possess superior interpersonal, phone, email communication and computer skills.

Possess solid business acumen and the ability to build rapport with other departments and Partners. Maintain effective working relationships with co-workers, customers, prospective customers and vendors.

Must be able to act independently in face-to-face situations using judgment, tact and discretion.

Ability to carry out projects to their completion and multi-task complex issues and requests.

Ability to maintain confidential and sensitive information; ability to understand and follow instructions.

Strong work ethic and commitment to integrity.
