The PPC Paid Search Advertising & SEO Specialist is responsible for daily management of paid advertising and identifying digital advertising opportunities with the goal of increasing traffic, sales, and brand awareness as well as managing SEO. This position will work to define company strategy and communicate it to as well as manage Advertising and SEO agencies. They understand full-funnel, contributing to the strategy, and executing and adjusting the plans to drive results.

In the Paid Advertising and SEO Specialist role, you will:

  • Be a key contributor to the strategy, execution, measurement, and adjustment of paid search campaigns through managing and working closely with advertising agencies to ensure goals are met and strategy is followed.
  • Be accountable for the effectiveness of paid search, display, shopping, social, and video advertising campaigns to ensure ads are performing, aligned with business goals and objectives, and targeting the appropriate audience(s).
  • Define metrics, run analytics, manage reporting, and agency communications.
  • Participate in integrated marketing campaign planning with team members.
  • Share best practices, industry news and trends, and ideas for improvements with team.
  • Monitor and optimize campaigns to performance goals.
  • Conduct analysis that results in actionable insights and data-driven recommendations.
  • Manage budgets across brands and campaigns and provide strategy and investment recommendations.
  • Identify, communicate, and act on opportunities and risks proactively.
  • Ensure campaigns and ads follow best practices.
  • Drive innovation within campaigns and channels.
  • Report and present performance and recommendations to stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with agencies and marketing team to test and optimize targeting, creative assets, and messaging to improve ROI.
  • Deliver and grow highly engaged and converting organic traffic to all Titan Brands websites.
  • Ensure adherence of SEO best practices.
  • Help establish project roadmaps which will lead to improved site authority.
  • Research on opportunity/demand; implementation of on-page optimizations for improved traffic and conversion.
  • Perform ongoing keyword research and optimizations.
  • Track and report on landing page and keyword performance.

To do this, we believe you should have:

  • High level of organization and attention to detail
  • Ability to analyze data and be a problem solver
  • Ability to communicate effectively and maintain consistent contact with Marketing team
  • Ability to communicate effectively with engineering and product teams in order to evangelize SEO
  • Excellent written and interpersonal communication skills.
  • 1+ years professional experience with Google Ads, PPC campaign management, Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager; and SEO tools like: Google Search Console, Lighthouse, ScreamingFrog, SEO Clarity or similar Keyword Tracking tools
  • Understanding of SEO best practices
  • First-hand experience in all Google Ad campaign, ad types, ad creation, keyword research
  • Comprehensive knowledge and use of all Google Ad platform features
  • Google Ads Certification
  • Ability to learn about and understand new tools that assist in the optimization and managing of campaigns.
  • A well-rounded understanding of marketing challenges and opportunities, including seasonal impacts.
  • Experience working independently and prioritize work effectively to meet deadlines.
  • A passion for learning and to stay on top of the latest digital advertising trends, channels, and formats.
  • Extensive experience understanding audience types and how they will change depending on the platform you are using.
