Certilytics, Inc. provides sophisticated predictive analytics solutions to major healthcare organizations by integrating financial, clinical, and behavioral insights. We're looking for someone adaptable, independent, and motivated to join the Product Management & Release (PM&R) team as a Product Analyst.

The Product Analyst will report to the Director of PM&R and work closely with other Product Managers as well as a constellation of different Certilytics business units, to include data science, actuarial, business development, clinical, and engineering. The primary responsibility of the Product Analyst is to find ways to make our products better - both for our customers and the people who build them.

Essential Function

  • Support product team(s) with coordination, documentation, and testing
  • Develop, collect, and report on success metrics for product team(s)
  • Research customers, competitors, and market trends to inform business objectives and product strategy
  • Contribute new ideas or fixes to product roadmap(s) to make our product(s) stronger
Required Skills


  • Bachelor's Degree (relevant field is a plus, but not required - eg Marketing, Business, Analytics, Healthcare)
  • Proven track record of managing a successful report, project, or customer deliverable throughout its life cycle
  • Strong analysis and communication skills; healthy obsession with the details
  • Ability to influence cross-functional teams without formal authority
  • Strong technology background; self-described 'technology translator'
  • Strong presentation and consultative skills
  • Demonstrates entrepreneurial openness and ability to explore new possibilities; a visionary; intellectually agile
  • Able to work from our HQ in Louisville, KY


  • Knowledge of the data analytics and/or healthcare industries
  • Familiarity with SQL
  • Experience working from home or remote
  • Experience in a technology startup
  • Experience with Agile Scrum and Kanban development methodology and practices
  • Relevant certifications (CSPO, SAFe, Lean Six Sigma, PMP, etc.)
