This team is engaged in all activities associated with the resolution of customer complaints regarding the organization's products or services. This may include/utilize call center and/or customer service resources to investigate customer complaints.

Aftermarket Parts Inside Sales & Service Support

This position is responsible for all areas of sales support and service for Terex Aftermarket Parts Phone Sales: sales orders, documentation, inquiries, troubleshooting, and administrative follow-through from initial phone call to order fulfillment and analysis.

Responsibilities:

  • Review orders for required elements of a valid order such as accuracy, pricing, terms and conditions, purchase order numbers (info) from customer and location validation. Release purchase orders upon approval from GBS, ensuring invoicing and parts fulfillment including tracking of shipment as required. Document special requests and assist phone sales team to complete on time.
  • Provide sales order follow-up, status tracking, delivery dates and shipping methods to customers and phone sales representatives.
  • Investigate and resolve customer inquiries and complaints, anticipating customers needed, follow-through to resolution.
  • Communicate daily with Director/Manager/Phone Sales team on booking information, % fill-rate and shipping fulfillment as well as any additional analytics required.
  • Ensure smooth transition from phone sales team members to order fulfillment to customer reception in order to increase sales.
  • Other duties as assigned

Basic Qualifications:

  • HS Diploma or GED
  • 2 years' experience in a customer service or sales environment

Preferred Qualifications:

  • MS Office including Intermediate level Excel
  • Experience working within a parts call center
