Title: Supervisor Current Product Design - 51454

Your Responsibilities

As a Supervisor Current Product Design for Harvester Works you will lead our Electrical systems team within combine and Front End equipment current product engineering group. In addition, you will:

  • Coordinate work activities for the team and provide technical direction and guidance to team members as necessary
  • Address customer warranty issues rapidly to provide a high-quality product to our customers
  • Provide updates to the Management Review Board (MRB) on a regular schedule
  • Coordinate the team for support for DTAC, factory issues, custom harvest support
  • Review and maintain NCCAs that the team is responsible for

What Skills You Need

  • Demonstrated strong problem-solving skills and knowledge of engineering business systems that support implementation of product changes
  • System level knowledge of electrical components, software, and control systems
  • Excellent organizational skills and the ability to facilitate a small team
  • 4 or more years of product design experience
  • Experience working with controllers, sensors, and control strategies typically used on agricultural equipment
  • Experience working with product verification and validation processes

  • Combine product design experience
  • Vehicle Systems Engineering experience
  • Experience in implementing parts and systems into a production environment flawlessly

Education (or equivalent work experience)

Ideally, you will have a degree or equivalent work experience in the following:

  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical, or Agricultural Engineering
