CompHealth is currently assisting an Illinois health system with their search for a family medicine physician. The position can be outpatient or traditional, depending on candidate's preference. You will be joining 18 family medicine physicians and 10 NPs. The hours vary between 7 am and 5 pm, Monday through Friday. You will work 36 clinical hours, with a 1/2 day for administrative work. There will also be office phone call of 1:5, with hospitalists handling inpatient care. Residents are welcome.

All physicians are eligible for a productivity incentive bonus plan based on work production as measured by with RVUs. You will also be provided with educational debt forgiveness, a generous sign-on bonus, medical/vision/dental benefits, a 403b pension plan plus a 457b tax-deferral option, relocation assistance, 1 week of CME with $5,000 professional allowance, and accrued PTO.
