Looking for a creative and dynamic Account Executive who can challenge himself to identify opportunities to provide staffing services to customers in the Northern Virginia area. The Account Executive will support our commercial team which manage Office/Administrative, Marketing, Manufacturing/Industrial and Electronic Assembly staffing services across the Northern VA Territory (Fairfax, Prince William, Loudoun, Alexandria and Arlington). Main Responsibilities are -Prospect for new service opportunities through cold calling, canvass calls, networking and identify cross selling opportunities. -Manage the sales process, including pricing and taking all necessary steps per company policies and procedures. -Drive sales and profitability by leading the development of creative and innovative solutions to meet client needs. -Develop business relationships in order to identify potential opportunities. -Develop account plans with existing accounts to secure growth and retention. -Develop strategies to improve sales growth. -Effective Sales activity documentation and management using Salesforce Requirements Must-Haves -Excellent communication skills, no fear on the phone. -Passion for helping clients and prospects solve problems and grow their business through our solutions. -Ability to learn, understand and execute the sales process. -Ability to effectively prioritize tasks and manage time within a fast-paced environment. -Broad understanding of technology and social media. -Flexibility -Positive attitude and a drive to win -Thirst for learning -Competitive -Strategic thinker Education Bachelor degree in related field Highlights Think you have what it takes to work with Kelly Services as an account executive?
