  • The Auditor is responsible for administering routine internal audits of company operations that measure compliance with company policies, identify and promote best practices, and recommend suggestions for continuous improvements to business processes and internal controls.
  • Document and update business process and internal control walkthroughs.
  • Observe and test procedures for accuracy, completeness, and timeliness.
  • Evaluate routine processes and systems for compliance with Corporate policies, accounting standards, and sound business practices.
  • Perform audit fieldwork for the external auditors, including physical inventory observations, test of internal controls, and substantive audit testing.
  • Develop a basic knowledge of company policies, practices, business operations, and internal controls.
  • Participate in special projects to drive process and operational change within the Audit Department.

Qualifications You Have (Mandatory Qualifications):
  • A Bachelor s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a similar discipline.
  • At least two years of progressive audit or accounting experience.
  • Ability to travel 25-30% out of state to our manufacturing facilities based upon timetable of audit schedule.
We Hope You Also Have (Preferred Qualifications):
  • A CPA license.
  • Experience with SAP or Maximo
  • Audit experience in the manufacturing industry.
  • Three years as an auditor.
