Job Description Why You'll Love this JobA multitude of healthcare companies claim they are revolutionizing the healthcare industry, and leading the way to a better future of healthcare. With all of those claims, it can be a challenge to distinguish who really is doing things differently. If you are a Physician seeking a chance to truly improve the way the healthcare system supports our most fragile patients, this is the opportunity for you. Our patient population consists of patients who are affected by multiple chronic illnesses. The combination of these illnesses, and their individual and compounding treatment needs, make navigating the healthcare system a particular challenge. This is a team that rallies around our patients. You can understand our motivations by what inspires us, by what we celebrate. Patient satisfaction ratings are important, yes. But more than that - patients whose health is restored after years of struggle, patients who are able to live life more fully and comfortably, and whose healthcare needs are met without months in the hospital - these are the successes that motivate our team. This job is not easy. It pushes you to perform your best every single day, and calls on you when the challenge is too difficult for others. You are the person that the patient knows they can always rely upon. And, in return, you have great reward.
