The Headlines :

In the role of Brewery World Class Supply Chain (WCSC) Lead working in Golden, CO you will be part of the Operations Leadership Team. You will be responsible for providing input into setting the strategy for World Class Supply Chain 2.0 for the site, and will work directly with brewery teams to gain a thorough understanding of their requirements to ensure the program will deliver the business goals. You are the keeper of the site Master Plan and will ensure it remains on track. In addition, the role consolidates the Zero Loss Journey for the site and carries out the review and revision of this.

This position reports to the Plant Manager and works closely with Brewery Operational Teams.

The Responsibilities :

  • Partners with the site leader to develop the site master plan and ensure it is on track, with all pillars healthy and integrated across the Supply Chain.
  • Leads site pillar review process and intervenes as required by involving the appropriate people to ensure continuous progress.
  • Acts as the daily coach to the Site Leader, Pillar Owners and teams/individuals to ensure integration of work and activities to deliver business results associated with WCSC 2.0 and the ability to sustain those results.
  • Identifies what capabilities will be needed in the near-term (6 to 18 months) and works with site Pillar Owners, internal consultants and World Class Supply Chain (WCSC 2.0) capability leaders to ensure the capability is built ahead of the need.
  • Drives site achievement of Compelling Business Need (CBN), Zero Loss Journey Map (ZLJM), and defined phase progression glidepath.
  • Provides publicity/promotion, general education and other communication that increase WCSC 2.0 understanding, drive one-way practices, and accelerate progress across the site.

The Other Qualifications:

  • You will have a bachelor's degree and we prefer you to also have a six sigma green or black belt certification.
  • You will have 7-10 years of experience in Manufacturing or Supply Chain related roles
  • You will be experienced with integrated work systems/lean manufacturing, continuous improvement, project management, and master planning and will be highly skilled in setting strategy, communicating and influencing leaders
  • Demonstrable evidence of driving World Class Supply Initiatives to deliver on challenging objectives
  • You love a challenge. You complete complex projects quickly and adeptly with your understanding of the business priorities. You act with appropriate urgency to various market events and trends that require a quick turnaround in plans and strategy
  • You are serious about delivering results, and take pride in a proven track record in delivering.
  • You are a motivated leader that can inspire others; you respect your commitments and are able to obtain optimal results from your team through respect and development
