The Cuyahoga County Board of Developmental Disabilities is seeking a manager to plan, monitor and coordinate implementation of special instruction in early intervention and school age technical support services including supervision of staff, data analysis and outcome measurement.

  • Master's degree in Early Intervention Special Education or related field required.
  • Minimum 2 years supervisory experience required.
  • Experience in implementation of Ohio's Evidence Based Early Intervention Approach (Primary Service Provider ), preferred.
  • Practical experience and training in Coaching as a learning strategy in early intervention, highly desirable.
  • Two certifications are required: DoDD Service and Support Administrator Supervisor Certificate, which may be obtain upon hire, and the DoDD Early Intervention Supervisor's Certificate, which is required to be in place upon hire to supervise staff.
  • Ohio Department of Education Supervisor Certificate or license, high desirable.
  • Valid state of Ohio driver's license and an excellent driving record.
