Pricing and Revenue Management

The Pricing and Revenue Management department helps us run a successful business by predicting consumer demand and setting up pricing structures.

Job overview and responsibilities

To build and adjust passenger revenue forecasts for UA on an ongoing basis.

. Build passenger revenue forecast for a specific entity on a monthly basis

. Analyze opportunities and concerns from future bookings and yields to provide insight to Continental's projected revenue and loads

. Maintain and produce daily and weekly reports which are used to build passenger revenue forecast

. Ad-hoc forecasting projects


. Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience

. Excellent analytical skills

. Excellent verbal and written communication abilities

. Ability to work on several projects at a time

. 1 year experience in pricing, revenue management, or finance in the airline industry

. Analytical ability to create models and generate spreadsheets to provide support recommendations

. Ability to create PowerPoint presentations and present to various audiences

. Must be legally authorized to work in the United States for any employer without sponsorship

. Successful completion of interview required to meet job qualification

. Reliable, punctual attendance is an essential function of the position



. Extensive experience with Excel, Access, SQL, and/or Brio and strong understanding of Data Warehouse principles
