Professional & Technical Services (CPTS) is seeking aSr. Financial Analyst. This

position will be part of a PMO team focusing on the

successful delivery and outcome of a large complex IT contract. The PMO will provide

comprehensive support to multiple projects including (Schedule, Risk,

Financial, Acquisition, Reporting, Change Control, Quality Management, Data

Call, etc.)

* Develops performance

reports and leads integration of variance analyses and provides clear, concise

understanding of operational and financial performance to program and senior


* Leadership

ability to advise Program Managers, mentor/train other personnel and a strong

communicator of financial issues/risks to non-financial personnel.

* Perform

financial planning and analysis for multiple task orders within a line of

include but are not limited to, baseline planning, actual cost verification,

preparation of Estimates at Completion (EAC), variance analysis, revenue and

profit forecasting and general support to the Program Manager/Program Team with

business and financial analysis.

management; Cost & Variance Analysis; Earned Value Management Systems

(EVMS); Estimate at Completion (EAC); Cash Management/Working Capital;

Forecasting; Contractual Reporting (CDRL, EVM, Cost & Pricing, C/SSR); Risk

Management; Return on Investment (ROI); Audit preparation and management; and

Program Review preparation

* Bachelor's degree

in business administration, accounting, or a related discipline.

* Minimum of 2

years? experience in a financial analyst, accounting, or acquisitions role.

* Understand

*Contract design and structure to include:* FFP; CPIF; CPFF; CPAF; BOA; IDIQ

* Strong

grasp of generally accepted accounting principles and an in-depth working

knowledge of the Cost Accounting Standards (CAS)

Knowledge, Skills

and Abilities:

* Experience working

with accounting principles and accounting software and databases

* Experience with

financial analysis

* Strong

understanding of cost and schedule development and controls.

* Solid analytical

ability with excellent written and verbal communication skills.

* Must have the

ability to work independently and as strong member of a team.

* Knowledge and

proficiency in Deltek and Costpoint

* Ability to work

independently to complete complex accounting or financial management tasks

* Ability to conduct

research, evaluate facts, and exercise judgment

* Experience with

performing monthly and quarter-end close activities, including account

reconciliations, general ledger tie-point analysis, and budgetary impact
