Job Description

. Scheduling installation and service with customers; routing Technicians and supporting them to get out on the road

. Supports service staff as needed: can go to job sites and help troubleshoot complex issues

. Steward and ensure safety culture is healthy and conscious within team (daily tailgate, fleet safety, PPE, open discussions, ride-alongs)

. Coordinate larger projects/service with customers

. Review of daily service and HR related documentation (DSR, SVO, Timesheets, XATA); Manage daily workload and operations

. Liaison with Sales and Admin teams to ensure smooth operations within branch triangle (service, sales, admin); general sales support ie hours and parts for quotes, site visits

. Prepare ServCon reports for customers ? alerting when system performance starts to slide

. Enter in and champion LPS program for branch ? monitor and provide feedback to team on LPO/NLI submitted, enter in all Intelex entries for team, provide feedbacks on trends that may be developing locally

. May assist contract renewals when there are difficulties in getting accounts renewed
