Seeking a Payroll Coordinator in Baltimore, MD. The ideal candidate will be responsible for domestic and international payroll duties assisting the Payroll Manager. Responsibilities: a Coordinate the preparation of biweekly payroll for domestic and international operations, including periodic bonus and payroll adjustments a Support multi-currency, global payrolls a Audit the entry of new employee information, changes and terminations into the HR and payroll system a Process timesheets a Prepare intricate reconciliation of payroll, including corresponding journal entries a Assist with various payroll-related duties, including employment verification, company census, overtime reports, J/Es and General Ledger a Ensure timely filing of payroll tax deposits and required forms Payroll Coordinator Qualifications: a High school diploma or equivalent a 3-5 years of payroll with working knowledge of a payroll system a Minimum of one-year international payroll related experience a Proficient in ADP a CPP and/or FPC certification preferred Interested?
