Job Summary Develops software solutions to address business and IT requirements by designing, developing, unit testing, and installing software solutions. This position will be responsible for application development defining technical requirements ongoing support for active applications and infrastructure designing and customizing Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions integration of client portals collaboration with business leaders to improve business processes planning testing software upgrade releases building web service APIs Essential Duties and Responsibilities Develops software solutions by studying information needs collaborating with peers, IT teammates, and users studying systems flow, data usage, and work processes investigating problem areas following the software development lifecycle. Delivers technical solutions per the documented requirements, deliverables and timelines. Understands business requirements and able to translate into application solutions whether it be workflows, business rules, reports, services, etc. Manages EHR connections between various vendors, clients (facilities) and the company implements new connections per business need. Determines programming feasibility by evaluating business requirements, problem definition, technical design, solution specifications, and proposed solutions. Documents and demonstrates solutions by developing documentation, flowcharts, layouts, database schema, dataflow diagrams, code comments and clear and efficient software code. Improves operations by conducting systems analysis recommending changes in operations and business processes when appropriate. Updates job knowledge by studying state-of-the-art development tools, programming techniques, and computing equipment participating in educational opportunities reading professional publications maintaining personal networks participating in professional organizations. Protects operations by keeping information confidential and complying with all company policies and procedures on compliance and security. Documents issues and defects by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing software services issues using department standard tools. Configures resources to ensure the system will accommodate the requirements and present data security to users. Manages multiple responsibilities and active projects while maintaining a high level of quality. Works in team environments that span functional and possibly, geographical boundaries. Superior communication and reporting skills. Proficient understanding of Microsoft Dynamics 365 platform and experience with customizing components. Marginal Duties None Supervisory Responsibilities None Education Andor Experience Undergraduate degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related degree with extensive course work and projects writing software applications. Alternatively, three to five years of working as a software developer writing complex applications using current software development tools and technology demonstrating success in writing efficient, quality, and high-performance applications. Courses or successful work experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Hands-on experience in using C and .NET Familiarity with the ASP.NET framework, SQL Server and designarchitectural patterns (eg Model-View-Controller (MVC) Familiarity with architecture stylesAPIs (REST, RPC) MS Visual Studio and relational databases Programming in SQL Web Service integration with third party software platforms Database Design and Programming Contemporary object-oriented programming languages Developing interactive browser-based applications Software Development Life Cycle (Agile) Unit testing frameworks and build tools, automated builds and continuous integration a plus Microsoft certifications such as MCSA, MCSD or MCSE a plus Possesses effective written and verbal communication skills Commitment to service excellence Ability to work well with teams Willing to document and share knowledge TechTalent Squared abides by all Federal EEOC laws.
