About The Role:

ARC is searching for an Accreditation Specialist to join our team in Arlington, VA. As an Accreditation Specialist, you will process all incoming forms from ARC's agency customers as they relate to the accreditation process. You will ensure agencies meet the rules of the Agent Reporting Agreement (ARA) for submission requests. You will accredit new agencies, as well as process account maintenance requests, both simple and complex.

You will be based at our metro-accessible headquarters in Arlington, VA.

What You'll Get to Do:

  • Serve as subject matter expert for internal and external customers on all areas of Accreditation (ie new entity, ownership change, verified travel consultant and miscellaneous changes in location, bank account, etc.).
  • Conduct risk analysis evaluation/assessment of applications resulting in approval/disapproval decisions.
  • Onboard customers within prescribed service level agreement time frames, and welcome new customers and consult with external customers on the ARC accreditation standards.
  • Perform reporting as it applies to performance of the department to internal customers (ie billings to finance, affirmations, etc.).
  • Maintain relationships with key agency customers, and handle their agencies accreditation needs
  • Process accreditation forms submitted by agencies (new entity, ownership change, VTCs, address changes, bank account changes, etc.).

You'll Bring These Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 1+ years of experience working in a high production office environment
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel and Access) and other commonly used software packages.
  • Knowledge in Office 365

These Qualifications Would Be Nice to Have:
  • Bachelor's degree
  • 2+ years of customer service experience within the travel industry
  • Experience with Salesforce service cloud
  • Experience with Jira & Confluence
