POSITION SUMMARY/ RESPONSIBILITIES Provides skilled and efficient administrative, legal and office management support for the department of Legal Services. Enhances the effectiveness of all attorneys by monitoring the progress of all departmental matters, to include claims and litigation, as well as record retention requirements and transactional matters. Position available in our downtown Louisville office for paralegal in fast paced, professional environment. Prior background in insurance defense preferred. Responsibilities include: file management, discovery assistance, summarizing medical records, assistance with pleading preparation and client reporting. Must be a team player with exceptional organizational/motivational skills and ability to work independently. Paralegal degree preferred.
