Under the supervision ofthe Team Nurse Manager the Team Leader will be involved in dailyoperations of the team, including staff education, supervisoryvisits, special projects as well as acting Nurse Manager when theNurse Manager is out sick or on vacation. The Team Leader will workin collaboration with the Nurse Manager on productivity and HHRGmanagement as well as Quality of Care issues identified by PIE.Team Leaders will also continue to make visits in the communitybased on time and need. The Team Leader will assist in thepromotion of quality of care in the field as well as documentationin the medical record. The Team Leader will be a resource to allmembers of the team.
