Simply put, we take care of our advisors, so they can take care of their clients.Job Overview:We are looking for an inspired Tech Lead with a background in development of web applications leveraging technologies including C#, JavaScript, jQuery, and Angular. With LPL Financial you will have the opportunity to be part of a team transforming user experiences with self-service features that enable and empower our advisors in support of the LPL Risk & Compliance domain.

Job Responsibilities/Requirements:The candidate will served as a solution expert, responsible for developing solution and meeting business goals. Will join a high velocity, multi-functional development team focused on program deliverables. Activities will include daily development and enhancement of a single or multiple platforms; design and develop sprint execution.

The role will require flexible thinking as the team works to integrate existing business and technology concepts with innovative design to deliver a practical and scalable platform.Responsibilities:Lead a tech team to Design, develop, test and implement technical solutions based on business requirements and strategic direction.Deep understanding and seasoned on Web UI development using Container frameworks Develop end to end design for the platform, solution delivery and execution and code quality.

Web Based UI Performance Tuning industry best solution designCollaborate with peer teams, technology platform owner, product manager/owner, enterprise architecture and platform support teams to ensure delivery of production into Production.Working on Agile projects with CI/CDWork collaboratively with quality assurance engineer teams, DevOps to ensure all SDLC processes are adhered to.Assess opportunities for platform/application and process improvements.

Maintain, troubleshoot, optimize and enhance existing systems.Hands on Web and C#/.Net development experience integrating multiple application platforms.Communicate effectively with cross-functional stakeholders and application integration partners.

Requirements:Tech Lead with minimum 8+ years of extensive design and implementation of complex systems in Web, .Net stack and web services (REST/SOAP).Full stack developer with 5+ years of experience in web/service-oriented application.

3+ years' experience in Angular (ideally version 8+)Must have strong experience in .NET, C#, HTML5, JavaScript, CSS3, Bootstrap, JSONHands on experience in SQL server procedures, views, indexes and performance tuning; 1+ years experience with AWS build and deploy; Devops Tools - Github/LiquibaseCore Competencies: Strong understanding of SOA principles and design patterns.REST services, SQL Server & Node development experience.

MS Visual Studio, Visio, Postman, SoapUI, SQL Server Query executionOracle database SQL knowledgeImplementation experience with AWS for service pool and AngularExcellent verbal and written communication skills.Strong experience in Code Architecture and Design Principles.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Troubleshooting Critical Incident on timely manner.Innovative, self-driven and quick learner abreast of latest technologiesPreferences:Experience writing unit tests using any of these technologies VS Tests, NUnit, JUnit,MUnit, Jasmin/Karma is a plus.Team City, Octopus, JiraHands on experience implementing self-service portals.

Experience developing customer service applications.Knowledge of estimation, tools and principlesPay Range: $133,440-$200,160/yearActual base salary varies based on factors, including but not limited to, relevant skill, prior experience, education, base salary of internal peers, demonstrated performance, and geographic location.
