In the Consumer Growth Engine and Integrated Marketing team (CGE-IM), we use AI-powered platforms to create leading digital marketing experiences and journeys. The analytics team supports consumer growth with insights, tools and processes that help our CGE-IM efforts.

Our mission is to provide reliable, integrated, actionable, and data-driven insights to surpass our goals.As the Senior Business Insights Analytics Manager, you will be generating insights across channels, presenting findings and recommendations to CGE-IM on the impact of business and marketing actions. You will apply business understanding, data skills and teamwork to produce analyses using various tools, methods, and processes for complicated customer journeys.

Required/Minimum QualificationsBachelor's Degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Analytics, Engineering, Computer Science, Marketing, Business, Economics or related field AND 4+ years experience in data analysis and reporting, business intelligence, or business and financial analysisOR Master's Degree in Mathematics, Analytics, Engineering, Computer Science, Marketing, Business, Economics or related field AND 2+ years experience in data analysis and reporting, business intelligence, or business and financial analysisOR equivalent experience.2+ years of experience in presenting complex data results to varying levels of leadership2+ years of experience in web and marketing analytics, including measurement techniques and experimentation.

Additional or Preferred QualificationsBachelor's Degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Analytics, Engineering, Computer Science, Marketing, Business, Economics or related field AND 6+ years experience in data analysis and reporting, business intelligence, or business and financial analysis.OR Master's Degree in Mathematics, Analytics, Engineering, Computer Science, Marketing, Business, Economics or related field AND 4+ years experience in data analysis and reporting, business intelligence, or business and financial analysisOR equivalent experience.Experience in tools such as Adobe Analytics, SQL, PowerBI, MS Ads.

4+ years of experience in presenting complex data results to varying levels of leadership.4+ years of experience in web and marketing analytics, including measurement techniques and experimentation.Business Analytics IC4 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S.

is USD $101,200 - $194,800 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $130,000 - $213,200 per year.Certain roles may be eligible for benefits and other compensation.

As you build your understanding of the business across multiple areas, you'll anticipate business problems and analytical solutions. You'll also understand how business needs translate into data requirements, determine new data needs, and solve data issues and gaps.You will determine ideal analytical tools and techniques, then guide others to execute analyses and make actionable recommendations.

You'll also critically evaluate assumptions about data and analysis methods, and provide feedback on analytical tools.You will synthesize details across analyses and reporting platforms to develop presentations that tell cohesive stories and inform business decisions. You'll also guide others to ensure presentations provide information accurately, clearly, and appropriately.

You will determine the factors and/or data types to include in evaluations, accounting for risks. You'll synthesize results across multiple evaluations, identify relevant connections to other work, and make recommendations for next steps.By leveraging relationships across teams, you'll ensure quality data sources, methodologies, and the appropriate application of analytical tools and processes.
