RWJBarnabas Health, the largest integrated healthcare system in New Jersey, is currently seeking a full-time MIS and robotically trained general surgeon to serve as the Medical Director of Minimally Invasive Surgery at Monmouth Medical Center Southern Campus in Lakewood, NJ. This Position will Include:

• Oversight of minimally invasive surgery (MIS) at Monmouth Medical Center-Southern Campus
• Development of a MIS Institute that incorporates standardized care pathways, operational policies, and quality metrics
• Chairing a robotics committee with oversite over a future MMCSC robotics program

Position Requirements:

• MIS and robotically trained
• NJ licensed or eligible for licensure in NJ
• Board certified in General Surgery
• 10+ years of post-fellowship clinical experience will be considered
• Advanced clinical experience is strongly preferred
• Recent clinical or educational program leadership experience is preferred
