Broward Health Medical Center Shift: Shift 1 FTE: 0.900000 Summary: Plans, coordinates, provides, intervenes, and evaluates the care of assigned patients based on the treatment plan, and individual patient needs. Participates with the interdisciplinary team to establish an individualized plan of care for each patient. Develops a nursing diagnosis, and establishes care objectives. Education:. Minimum Education and/or: Graduate of an accredited nursing school (AD in Nursing, RN Diploma, or BSN); or if attended an approved nursing school must have two years of recent acute care hospital experience in the past three years. Experience:. One to two years' experience required. Newly licensed RN may apply but may need to complete appropriate specialty training for the area. Credentials:. Registered Nurse. BLS and ACLS through AHA or Red Cross. Also, job/department related certification/license as outlined in the specific job description Hire-On/Retention Bonus of $15,000.00 (1 year experience required).
