We are seeking a dynamic Product Marketing Manager, Business Applications Partner Marketing to lead our partner marketing initiatives for enterprise resource planning (ERP). Microsoft's ERP solutions are leading the industry with their advanced AI capabilities, which enable businesses to gain deeper insights, make more informed decisions, and drive operational efficiency.

As a Partner Marketing Manager, you will have the opportunity to help lead a partner strategy that embraces our position in AI. This role is pivotal in building partner capacity and driving partner Go-To-Market (GTM) strategies. The successful candidate will be accountable for building compelling partner value propositions and managing comprehensive partner programs to drive performance and execution.

Required/Minimum QualificationsBachelor's Degree in Marketing, Computer Science, Business or related field AND 5+ years experience in businessOR Master's Degree in in Marketing, Computer Science, Business or related field AND 3+ years experience in businessOR equivalent experience2 years' experience in partner ecosystems, partner business models, and experience in building partner capacity to drive go-to-market initiatives2 years' experience in managing partner programs and driving go-to-market initiativesPreferred QualificationsBachelor's Degree in Marketing, Computer Science, Business or related field AND 8+ years experience in businessOR Master's Degree in Marketing, Computer Science, Business or related field AND 6+ years experience in businessOR equivalent experienceKnowledge with Microsoft's partner programs and incentivesExperience with Microsoft Dynamics Enterprise Resource Planning solutionsExcellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts to a diverse audienceStrategic thinker with the ability to create and execute comprehensive marketing plansAbility to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and work in a fast-paced environmentProduct Marketing IC4 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $101,200 - $194,800 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $130,000 - $213,200 per year.
