Kforce has a client that is seeking a Principal Analog Design Engineer in Chandler, AZ. This role will be involved in true R&D product development activities.

Responsibilities:* Principal Analog Design Engineer will Architect, implement, and analyze trade-offs of different solutions* Drive transistor-level circuit design and simulation* Analyze system and block level circuits via simulation and modelling* As a Principal Analog Design Engineer, you will evaluate and troubleshoot complex integrated circuit problems in the laboratory* Interface with test, product and applications engineering to successfully bring new products from definition through production release* Oversee and support physical layout* Lead, inspire and mentor junior design engineers* Support product datasheetsRequirements* BSEE degree* 8+ years of relevant industry experience (Automotive and/or Industrial preferred) with a strong background in analog design* Experience with various DC/DC power conversion topologies* Knowledge of general lab equipment* Strong understanding of device physics* Familiar with mixed-signal design, simulation, and modelling* Motivated, results oriented, creative problem solver and team playerJob TypeDirect HireCompensation160000 - $220000.
