This is an outstanding opportunity to commence straightaway with an established patient following in a collaborative team environment. Early-career and Resident Physicians encouraged to apply.

• 8 Provider Team: (1 UroGyn, 3 OB/GYNs, 2 CNMs, & 2 NPs)
• Highly Experienced Provider Team includes Board Certified Urogyn who is also credentialed in Gyn Onc procedures. He is a SRC certified master surgeon in Robotics and minimally invasive gyn surgery. 2 other partners are SRC certified master surgeons in Robotics.
• On Call: 1 in 5 (with new OB/GYN)
  • The group does not take in-house call
  • Midwife cross coverage program provides call relief
• Office Deliveries: Approximately 620/year
• 1 Office Location: Fort Wayne, IN
• In Office Procedures: Hysteroscopy, Endometrial ablation, Cystoscopy, Cystoscopy with Botox, Colposcopy, LEEP, Cryo, Urodynamics, Pelvic floor rehab, Pelvic ultrasound, Acupuncture
