Shift: 7:00 AM - 7:30 PM

Experience:

12 months of experience with 3 months within the last 12 months.

24 months of Medical Surgical/Telemetry Unit experience.

3 months of Epic experience is preferred.

ASN completion required.

Requirements:

Candidates must have a New Jersey license or compact license (required for submission).

This role will require floating to multiple units

Travel only, local not allowed. Candidates must live >40 miles from facility to be submitted.

COVID vaccination required after submission. Religious and medical declinations accepted.

Flu vaccination required for submission. Medical declinations accepted.

No current placement allowed at Program: RightSourcing Program - Hackensack Meridian Health.

Additional Details:

Required Credentials: ASN. Telemetry. CEU Contact Stroke 4 Hours.

Preferred Credentials: BSN.

Special Requests: Failed fit tests due to facial hair and the inability to shave automatically disqualify clinicians from proceeding.

Unit Details: Cares for older pediatric and hospice patients.

Shift & Scheduling: Every other weekend required. Holidays as scheduled; 1 holiday requirement. No on-call requirement.

Floating Requirements: Within facility to like units, as needed.

7 days maximum time off

Certifications:

BLS (Basic Life Support)

ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support)

NIHSS (NIH Stroke Scale)
