Credit Management: Evaluate and negotiate credit lines with reputable banks to support operational needs. Monitor credit utilization and manage debt levels to maintain healthy financial ratios.Coordinate Finance Audits: Oversee finance audits to ensure compliance with internal controls, accounting standards, and regulatory requirements.

Statutory Finance Compliance: Ensure adherence to statutory requirements for financial reporting, including the preparation and submission of financial statements and regulatory filings.Tax Management: Direct tax planning and compliance activities, including the preparation and submission of tax returns. Identify tax optimization opportunities and risk mitigation strategies.

Financial Analysis and Reporting: Offer financial insights to support strategic decision-making. The Successful ApplicantBachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field required.MBA, CPA, or CMA certification preferred.5-10 years of finance or accounting experience, including a minimum of 3 years in a managerial or supervisory role.

Profound understanding of banking operations, credit management, finance audits, statutory finance compliance, and taxation.Demonstrated success in managing intricate financial processes and delivering precise and punctual financial reports.Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
