Job Description Summary:The Finance transformation leader will have responsibility for providing strategic finance transformation leadership. Regularly identify areas of improvement, research best practices and offer guidance and recommendations for process changes and potential solutions.What do you need to bringBachelor of Accounting, Finance, or Business degree.Previous finance transformation experienceExperience with large, multi-year transformation projects including operating model, process, and technology-enabled transformations.

Minimum 15 years of experience in diverse finance roles.Experience in managing finance organizations in large organizations or within large multinational consulting firm.Experience in a global and matrixed organization.
