We are seeking a highly experienced Data Scientist IV to support a State government client. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in data analytics, reporting, and advanced data modeling, with hands-on experience across multiple tools and platforms. This role requires a senior-level professional capable of working independently while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

• Design, develop, and maintain advanced analytical models using Python, SAS, and SQL
• Build interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI to support business and policy decisions
• Perform complex data extraction, transformation, and analysis from multiple data sources
• Support data management, validation, and quality assurance initiatives
• Translate business and program requirements into technical data solutions
• Develop documentation for data models, processes, and reporting solutions
• Work closely with stakeholders to provide insights and data-driven recommendations
• Ensure compliance with State data standards, security, and governance policies

• Strong experience working with State or Government agencies
• Excellent communication skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Experience handling large, complex datasets in regulated environments
