Description Summary: Inpatient Acute Physical Rehab is the only facility in SWLA that is CARF accredited. Here nurses work side by side with Medical Director Sarah Clevenger, physical therapists, occupational therapists, and speech therapists to deliver a tailored medical and rehabilitation program to serve individual needs.
