Plastics manufacturing plant in the greater Memphis area has immediate need for an HR Manager. This is a 200-employee, union operation. The HR Manager will focus on Employee Relations; Recruiting; Affirmation Action Plans; developing Job Descriptions; and assisting with Performance Reviews. Will also be involved in conversations with the Union. Candidates must have a BS degree and at least 8+ years HR experience in manufacturing.
