Strategic Account Manager (Full Time)

Location: Tampa Florida Country: United States of America Rate: $70k - $75k + commission
 

Reports to: Director of Client Services

Description: Strategic Account Manager Opportunity- Tampa, Florida

Company is seeking a dedicated and team-oriented individual with excellent communication skills to join our Client Support team as a Strategic Account Manager at its headquarters in Tampa, Florida. The Strategic Account Manager will represent the company and play a critical role in building and maintaining long-term relationships with clients.

Strategic Account Manager Responsibilities:

  • Achieve assigned strategic account objectives
  • Coordinate support for clients
  • Help create client strategy
  • Provide support to clients and professionally handle any client concerns
  • Suggest solutions and innovative ideas to meet client needs
  • Communicate the progress of clients to both internal and external teams

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • Prior Software support background
  • Account management experience
  • Customer-centric
  • Strong problem solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Team management skills
  • Experience with CRM software

Compensation Package:

Base salary, commission, benefits (medical dental vision), paid personal leave.
